Privacy Policy for PixelFuse: Online Bomber Game

Effective date: July 20, 2026
Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bit Techs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use PixelFuse: Online Bomber Game ("PixelFuse" or the "App") on Android or iOS.

PixelFuse is intended only for people aged 13 or older. Users identified as under 13 are blocked before accounts, device authentication, diagnostics, advertising, online play, and other online features start.

PixelFuse does not require your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone.

1. Information processed by PixelFuse

Account and public profile information

If you create an optional online account, we process your chosen username, password, account identifier, account creation time, acceptance of the terms, rating, tier, ranked-match count, account status, and whether a public username has been hidden following moderation. Passwords are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored only as cryptographic hashes. We cannot recover or display your password.

Your username, rating, tier, ranked-match count, and daily-challenge results may be displayed publicly in the App. Do not use your real name or other identifying information as your username.

Device and authentication information

PixelFuse processes a stable app-scoped or device identifier to authenticate online play, link an account to a device, prevent abuse, maintain sessions, and support account security. Account device bindings are stored on our server in hashed form. Authentication tokens and session information may be stored locally on your device.

Gameplay and service information

When you use online features, we process information needed to operate matches, including matchmaking mode, room participation, game inputs, match outcomes, rankings, ratings, daily-challenge completion time, defeated-enemy count, block relationships, and related service events.

Our servers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, connection time, app version and build, request status, security events, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to operate the service, diagnose failures, prevent cheating and abuse, and protect users.

Username reports, blocking, and moderation

Public usernames are validated and filtered. A safety report may contain the reported username and account identifier, the reporter's account identifier when signed in, the selected reason, creation and resolution times, moderation status, and a limited internal moderation note. Player block relationships may be stored to enforce a user's safety choice. Moderators may replace a violating public username with "PLAYER".

Age eligibility

PixelFuse asks for a birth year to determine whether the user is under 13, a teen, or an adult. The entered birth year is processed on the device and is not stored by our server. Only the derived audience group is stored locally. For eligible users, the App may send age-treatment signals, but not the entered birth year, to the advertising consent and advertising SDKs.

Diagnostics

After the App confirms that a user is at least 13, production builds may send crash and error diagnostics to our Sentry-compatible diagnostics service. Diagnostic information may include the app version, operating system, device characteristics, technical network context, error messages, and stack traces. Diagnostics are used for reliability, security, and troubleshooting and are not intentionally configured to include passwords or authentication tokens.

Local settings

Game preferences, accessibility and audio settings, local progress, the derived audience group, locally blocked usernames, and session information may be stored on your device. You can remove local data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to operating-system behavior.

2. Advertising and Google AdMob

PixelFuse uses Google AdMob only after the App confirms that a user is at least 13 and applicable consent requirements are resolved. PixelFuse may display banner, interstitial, and user-selected rewarded ads. On iOS, PixelFuse may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission after applicable consent messaging. Users can continue using PixelFuse if they decline tracking. Advertising personalization and measurement depend on the user's consent choices, ATT status, region, age treatment, and Google AdMob configuration.

Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no information is processed. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, mobile or app identifiers, device information, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostics for contextual advertising, frequency capping, aggregate reporting, measurement, fraud prevention, and security.

Teen requests receive under-age-of-consent treatment and a maximum Parental Guidance ad-content rating. Eligible adults may receive a regional privacy message and may review privacy choices from the App's settings when required. PixelFuse does not initialize AdMob for users identified as under 13.

3. How we use information

We process information to:

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with you, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, moderating, and improving PixelFuse. You may review or withdraw applicable advertising choices through the privacy options shown in the App when available.

5. Sharing of information

We may share or make information available to:

We do not sell your account credentials or public profile information for money. Some laws may define advertising-related disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing"; where applicable, PixelFuse provides the relevant privacy choice.

6. Data retention

Account information and associated game records are generally retained while your account remains active. Operational and diagnostic information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Account deletion removes the account relationship from safety reports. A limited reported-username snapshot and de-identified moderation record may be retained when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, prevent repeated violations, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Limited security logs and backups may also remain temporarily until overwritten according to operational retention cycles. Retained information is not used to recreate a deleted account.

7. Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your PixelFuse account inside the App or request deletion without the App by email. Never send us your password.

Delete inside the App

  1. Open PixelFuse.
  2. Open the Account screen.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Complete the displayed confirmation.

In-app deletion removes the account and associated server-stored account, device binding, ranking, match-settlement, daily-board, and player-block data. The account relationship is removed from retained safety reports. This action is irreversible.

Request deletion without the App

Email bittechs.dev@gmail.com with the subject PixelFuse Account Deletion Request. Include your PixelFuse username, but never include your password. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Account deletion does not automatically remove settings stored only on your device. Clear the App's storage or uninstall it to remove local data, subject to operating-system behavior.

8. Users under 13

PixelFuse is a 13+ service. If the entered birth year indicates that the user is under 13, PixelFuse does not start accounts, device authentication, diagnostics, advertising, online play, or other online features. The restricted screen allows the birth year to be corrected and provides access to support.

If you believe a person under 13 provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, hashed passwords, hashed account-device bindings, access controls, authenticated service requests, and moderation procedures. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by us or our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. You may also review advertising privacy choices through the App when that option is available.

12. Open-source font notice

PixelFuse includes the VT323 font. Copyright 2011, The VT323 Project Authors (peter.hull@oikoi.com). The font is distributed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The complete license is included in the App's legal notices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when PixelFuse, applicable laws, or our service providers change. We will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or store listing when appropriate.
