Cyber Tower support will never ask for your password, authentication token, exact date of birth, or advertising identifier.

Technical support

Include a short description of the problem, device model, Android version, Cyber Tower version, and any displayed error. Do not include passwords, credentials, or other sensitive information.

Gameplay and advertising issues

Tell us whether the issue happened in Ranked or Casual mode and whether it involved a banner, interstitial, or rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only after a rewarded ad completes successfully.

Delete local game data

Cyber Tower does not require an account. To delete locally stored progress, settings, coins, cosmetics, and the saved age group, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game.
