Cyber Tower: Neon Ascent Privacy Policy

Bit Techs publishes Cyber Tower: Neon Ascent, a mobile arcade game for a mixed audience that includes children, teens, and adults. This policy explains the information used by the game and its configured service providers.

Age protection

On first launch, Cyber Tower asks for a date of birth to apply appropriate privacy and advertising protections. The date is immediately converted on the device to a child, teen, or adult group and then discarded. Only the group and age-model version are stored.

Child and teen profiles receive restricted, non-personalized advertising. Child profiles are marked for child-directed treatment and receive G-rated ads. Teen profiles are marked as under the age of consent and receive ads capped at PG. Child and teen profiles do not initialize Sentry crash telemetry. Adult profiles may initialize Sentry when configured. This build does not include Google Play Games services.

Information stored on the device

Cyber Tower stores the age group and age-model version, coin balance, daily-reward day, Ranked and Casual best scores, gameplay settings, first-run hint status, cosmetics, rentals, and boosts. This information remains until the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

Cyber Tower does not store the entered date of birth, name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages in its own game data.

Advertising

Cyber Tower uses Google Mobile Ads when advertising is configured. Google may process device, app, ad-interaction, diagnostic, and network information to serve, limit, secure, and measure ads. The game configures age treatment before initializing advertising and uses Google's User Messaging Platform for adult consent where required.

Adult-only online services

For a known adult profile, Cyber Tower may use Sentry for limited crash diagnostics. This build does not include Google Play Games services. Sentry is configured without default personally identifiable information, screenshots, or performance tracing. The game does not add account information, dates of birth, advertising identifiers, or free-form user text to telemetry.

Sharing and retention

Application code does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google or Sentry for the service purposes described above. Their retention and deletion practices are governed by their policies and the publisher's service settings.

Choices and deletion

• Adult users can reopen advertising privacy options from the main menu when Google's consent platform requires that option.
• Local Cyber Tower data can be deleted by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
• Advertising controls are available through the user's Google account and device settings where supported.
• Privacy requests can be sent to bittechs.dev@gmail.com.

Security

Cyber Tower limits stored data to the game state needed for operation, keeps private signing credentials outside the app repository, and restricts online SDK initialization by age group. No mobile application or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

This policy may change when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the store listing or an in-app notice when appropriate.
